Payment Terms and Conditions
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All payments for the Trade to Success subscription and one-off payment options are strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree that your subscription will begin immediately, and you consent to receive access to all relevant membership content.
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you commit to completing all scheduled payments. Failure to meet your payment obligations may result in additional charges for failed payments and the engagement of a credit control agency to recover the outstanding balance.
Deposits
All deposits made toward any Trade to Success program are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Access and Redemption
Once you have been granted access to the Discord Community, Private Members Area, and Video Education Content, your membership is considered active and fully redeemed.
Disputes
Filing a payment dispute will result in immediate termination of your access to Trade to Success services. In such cases, payment providers will be referred to this agreement to resolve the dispute.
