1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” refers to Trade to Success.
“Client”, “you” refers to the purchaser of any TTS programme.
“Programme” refers to all mentorship, education, content, and services provided.

2. Nature of the Service

Trade to Success provides digital educational services and mentorship delivered online, including:

  • Pre-recorded content
  • Live sessions
  • Community access
  • Trade analysis and examples


This is not financial advice (see Clause 10).

3. Consumer Contracts Regulations (Cooling-Off Waiver)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right.

However, by purchasing and accessing Trade to Success, you expressly agree that:

  • Your service begins immediately upon payment
  • You request immediate access to digital content
  • You waive your 14-day right to cancel

Once access is granted, you lose the statutory right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period.

However, as part of our goodwill policy, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Full payments
  • Instalments
  • Deposits

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
    Lack of time or participation
  • Failure to achieve desired results
  • Personal or financial circumstances
5. Payment Plans (Legally Binding Credit Agreement)

If you select an instalment option:

  • This is NOT a subscription
  • This is a fixed-term payment agreement for the full programme fee
  • You are legally obligated to complete all payments in full

By agreeing to a payment plan, you confirm:

  • You are purchasing the full programme, not paying monthly for access
  • Cancelling payments does not cancel your agreement
  • The full outstanding balance remains legally due
6. Failed Payments & Debt Recovery

If a payment fails:

  1. You will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve it
  2. If unresolved, we may:
    • Suspend or terminate access
    • Apply reasonable late/payment recovery fees
    • Pass your account to a debt collection agency

You agree that:

  • You remain liable for the full outstanding balance
  • You may be responsible for reasonable recovery costs, including:
    • Collection agency fees
    • Legal costs (where applicable under UK law)
7. Deposits

All deposits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable

Deposits secure your place and form part of the total contractual amount owed.

8. Service Fulfilment

The service is considered fully delivered when access is granted to any part of the programme, including:

  • Members’ area
  • Discord or community
  • Course materials
  • Live sessions


Under UK law, this constitutes performance of a digital service, and your rights to cancel are extinguished at that point.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

  • Your access will be immediately revoked
  • You will be considered in breach of contract

We will provide:

  • Proof of agreement to these terms
  • Proof of access and service delivery

You remain liable for:

  • Any outstanding balance
  • Any costs incurred in recovering funds
10. Financial & Risk Disclaimer

Trade to Success provides education only, not regulated financial advice.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Nothing within the programme constitutes:

  • Investment advice
  • Trading signals
  • Financial recommendations

You acknowledge that:

  • Trading carries significant risk
  • Losses can exceed expectations
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions
11. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Profitability
  • Funded accounts
  • Income or financial outcomes

Any results shown:

  • Are examples only
  • Are not typical
  • Do not guarantee future performance
12. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Trade to Success.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute materials
  • Record or reproduce content
  • Provide access to third parties

Breach may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Legal action for damages
13. Acceptable Use & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if you:

  • Disrupt the community
  • Harass or abuse others
  • Act dishonestly or unethically
  • Breach these terms
14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

Trade to Success shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Loss of income or opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including:

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
 15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of the programme constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
